Defense

Because of the service and sacrifices of our country’s strong military, we have the privilege to live in a free nation. Freedom, however, is not guaranteed from one generation to the next – which is why Congress must use its authority as outlined in the U.S. Constitution to support our armed forces.
The brave individuals who put their lives on the line to keep our country safe need and deserve the support of Congress. We must ensure that our troops have the resources they need to fulfill their mission and defend the homeland. As your representative in Congress and a proud American, I am committed to supporting our U.S. military and strengthening our national security – including securing our country’s borders.
