WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to celebrate four high schools in the Big First who won state championships in football for the 2025 season. Hanover High School, Manhattan High School, Salina Central High School, and Sterling High School brought home state championships in the 8-man division II, 6A, 5A, and 1A divisions.

H.R. 5371 passed in the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 222-209. Rep. Mann released a statement after the vote.

ABILENE, KS – Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) hosted his fifth annual Congressional Military Academy Nomination Day. As the Representative for the Big First District in Congress, Rep. Mann has the privilege of offering military academy nominations to four of the five U.S. service academies for students in the district. The interviews took place in President Dwight D. Eisenhower's hometown of Abilene, Kansas.
