WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) voted to advance H.R. 5371, the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2026, and reopen the federal government. H.R. 5371 passed in the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 222-209. Rep. Mann released a statement after the vote.

ABILENE, KS – Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) hosted his fifth annual Congressional Military Academy Nomination Day. As the Representative for the Big First District in Congress, Rep. Mann has the privilege of offering military academy nominations to four of the five U.S. service academies for students in the district. The interviews took place in President Dwight D. Eisenhower's hometown of Abilene, Kansas.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representatives Tracey Mann (KS-01) and Ron Estes (KS-04) sent a letter to Governor Laura Kelly, urging her to protect the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in Kansas. Recent USDA data revealed Kansas’ SNAP error rate was almost ten percent, meaning millions of Kansas taxpayer dollars were incorrectly sent to people ineligible for the program.
