Nearly 90 cosponsors joined the effort in the U.S. House of Representatives, and it was also introduced in the U.S.

Washington, D.C. - Today, U.S. Representatives Tracey Mann (KS-01), Stephanie Bice (OK-05), and Jodey Arrington (TX-19), alongside U.S. Senators Roger Marshall, M.D. (KS) and Ted Cruz (TX), led their colleagues in sending a bicameral letter to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Michael Regan. The letter urges EPA Administrator Regan to withdraw a proposed rule seeking to further regulate the oil and gas industry. The letter states in part,
